Million Dollar Painting collects only the minimum information necessary to respond to viewing requests and provide access to a purchased viewing session. This includes:

• Request information — the name, email address, telephone number, and message you submit when requesting a viewing.
• Payment information — when you pay by bank wire, we receive the details your bank includes with the transfer, such as your name and account information. We retain these as required for accounting and legal purposes.
• Viewing links — we record which private viewing link was issued to you in order to grant, and if necessary revoke, viewing access.
• Server logs — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) retained for security and operational purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to:

• Respond to viewing requests
• Verify payment and grant viewing access
• Respond to support inquiries
• Maintain the security and integrity of the service
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Service Providers

Viewing requests are delivered by email through our email provider, Namecheap, Inc., and request records are stored with Microsoft Azure. These providers process your information only on our behalf and only to deliver and store your request.

4. Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. We use a single essential cookie to remember that you have entered the salon passphrase.

5. Data Retention

Request information and viewing links are retained for as long as necessary to respond, provide access, and handle support requests, and then deleted. Payment records are retained for as long as the law requires. Server logs are retained for a maximum of 90 days.

6. Your Rights
